Dr. Mlamuleli Mhlanga

The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences is firmly committed to training skilled personnel in agriculture and natural resource management while advancing cutting-edge knowledge through rigorous research.

Our focus is decidedly on enhancing agricultural productivity, promoting sustainable resource management, and ensuring food security in semi-arid and marginal environments. We recognize the significant challenges these regions face due to climate change—challenges that are global in scope, not just confined to Zimbabwe. Therefore, we are actively forging partnerships to tackle these issues head-on and make a meaningful impact.
