Dr. Sibongile Manzini

We aim to foster collaboration with all stakeholders to implement the Education 5.0 doctrine, which emphasizes innovation and industrialization beyond traditional methods of teaching, research, and university services. By creating synergies among all parties involved, we can effectively achieve the goals of Education 5.0. This approach prioritizes innovative practices and industrial development, moving away from conventional teaching and research methods.

The Faculty is dedicated to creating synergies with all stakeholders to implement the Education 5.0 doctrine, focusing on innovation and industrialization beyond traditional teaching, research, and university services. Since its founding in 2013, the Faculty has expanded to offer both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Departments of Accounting and Finance, Business Management, and Human Capital Development.

Our programmes provide rigorous methodological training, allowing students to apply their knowledge to current social challenges by collaborating closely with industry and commerce. We emphasise the production of goods and services. Through our "Business Clinic," we continuously strive to strengthen our connections with local communities, industry, and commerce.

Additionally, we are committed to developing new programmes that cater to the current and future human capital needs in commerce. To adapt to ongoing environmental changes, the Faculty has transitioned to a blended online learning approach for both full-time and part-time programmes.
