This is a Faculty committed to excellence in teaching, research, community service, innovation, and industrialisation. This is in keeping with the Government of Zimbabwe’s Heritage-Based philosophy of Education 5.0. The aim is to produce students who have acquired the entrepreneurial skills necessary to create jobs and provide innovative solutions to problems and challenges in the built environment.

We currently offer undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in regional planning, urban planning and real estate management. Our research focuses on pressing issues such as climate change, urbanization, and social inequality, and we collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations to create positive impact. We are a vibrant and diverse community of scholars, researchers, and practitioners dedicated to creating sustainable, resilient, and thriving built environments.
