About

Sukoluhle Ncube is an avid reader and observer of people in their various settings. These
interests along with a passion for supporting community development are what led her to
pursuing a career in monitoring and evaluation. "Nothing brings more joy than being able to put faces to the numbers we sometimes get so obsessed with in project implementation. That is where you get to appreciate the real change. Seeing and hearing people's stories and experiences makes all the difference. That is what I love most about this work, being given the honor to help write and tell stories."

Sukoluhle has over 15 years’ experience of MEAL working in government, CSOs, local and international NGOs.
She has plans to further her studies by pursuing a PhD in Monitoring and Evaluation or in Development Studies in the not-so-distant future
